Lore-driven progressive & alternative rock.
A four-piece from Dehradun writing about the quiet battles people fight every day.
Alt Aboarrd debuted in 2024 with Warning Signs. Seven singles later — most recently Pixels — the band's music remains rooted in the complexities of the human mind: identity, purpose, isolation, and the arguments people only ever have with themselves.
Running underneath every release is a parallel fantasy saga: an entity called Alt, whose story dictates the concept and the sound of each record. It is why the songs connect the way they do — and why a set never plays like a shuffle of unrelated singles.
No polished personas, no grand statements. Vulnerability, metaphor, and a raw sonic palette — a room where people can stop for forty minutes and feel understood in the middle of the confusion.
Rather than polished personas, we chose vulnerability.
The world of Alt is represented through shades of black, red, and occasional blues. The lore of Alt makes a strong case for building immersive art and experiences around music.
The story runs deeper than what the music tells. Where the music observes, the art carries the story forward — expanding the world, its characters, and its mythology across releases, videos, and the stage.
